Meet our

FOUNDER
Milka Santana

Milka Santana was born in The Dominican Republic and grew up in New York. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Mathematics in 2006, Ms. Santana began working for JPMorgan's Private Bank in New York. She later worked at Goldman Sachs in their London and Hong Kong offices. She completed two graduate degrees, one from John's Hopkins University and the other from Xi'An Jiaotong University.  Both were taught in Chinese.

 

In 2020, after the death of her father Perfecto Santana, she founded Perfecto Labs with the mission of teaching technology to underprivileged children in Latin America. In 2022, she founded Perfecto Prep, an e-learning platform designed to teach tech to students and teachers.

Academic Director and Mathematical & Computational Logic Teacher
Rosenilda de Jesus

Rosenilda has more than 20 years of experience teaching math, serving as academic director and editor of multiple K-12 math textbooks. As a math teacher, she taught at Colegio Escuela Nueva (2004-2011) and Colegio Luis Muñoz Rivera (2013-2020).  She has served as academic director at Colegio Parroquial San Juan Evangelista (2011-2012) and Mathnasium (2005-2012). 

She also has edited various math textbooks including: guías didácticas para los Libros de Matemática, cuadernillos de ejercicios de matemática para los grados de 4TO de primaria a 2DO de secundaria, etc.

She is the mother of three outstanding children.

Director of English Immersion Program
Ana de la Cruz

Ana has a Doctor of Education (EdS) in Curriculum and Instruction from Utah State University. She worked as an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher for over 15 years in top institutions of the Dominican Republic. Her experience includes working at the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC), New Horizons and the English Immersion Program (UASD) at Utah State University. Her passion is developing culture-focus, student-centered, EFL curriculum.

Yamilka Henriquez Cosme

Yamilka has an undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC). She works as a front-end developer at Media Revolution and interned as a technical support at Instituto Nacional de la Vivienda. She knows: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, SQL, Figma and Python.
